Gemma Lowe to join Field Overell LLP as a salaried partner in the Wills & Probate department in July 2025

We are delighted to announce that Gemma Lowe will join Field Overell LLP as a salaried partner in our Wills & Probate department in our Leamington Spa office on 7 July 2025.

Gemma did her training contract with the Firm a few years back and qualified as a solicitor in January 2019, working in our Litigation department. Gemma subsequently went to work as a wills & probate solicitor at Alsters Kelley where she handled a mixed and varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, and estates from instruction to completion.

Gemma’s appointment as a salaried partner reflects the importance to the firm of its Wills & Probate work. This is also a sign of the continued success the firm is experiencing, giving a platform for a new salaried partner to be appointed. We believe Gemma will play a vital role, with the other partners and of course all staff, in the success and growth of our firm.
