Field Overell LLP announces retirement of senior partner, Andrew McCusker

Field Overell LLP announces the retirement of Andrew McCusker, senior partner at Field Overell LLP, who will step down on 31 October 2025. This is a significant event for the firm and the legal community.

Andrew’s retirement marks the end of a long and distinguished career with a focus on litigation and personal injury spanning over 36 years. He joined the firm in July 1989, became a partner 27 years ago and has served as senior partner for the past 10 years. Andrew’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the firm’s growth.

Andrew qualified as a Notary Public in 2015 and has built a significant Notarial practice since, which he enjoys and will now focus on.

Following Andrew’s retirement, Severine Vincent, head of Family will take over the leadership of the firm as senior partner.  Severine has been with the firm for 19 years and in partnership with Andrew for the last 13 years.

Field Overell has a rich history spanning 191 years and continues to serve clients with an absolute commitment to quality legal services.

Reflecting on his tenure, Andrew said, “It has been a great pleasure to contribute to Field Overell during such a successful period in its history. I am delighted to leave the firm in such a positive position for the future and in good hands and under Severine’s strong leadership. I am extremely grateful for all those colleagues who have helped me in my career and remember those who have already retired and some sadly passed, with great fondness”
