Background:
Serish studied Law at Birmingham City University, graduating with a 2:1 in my LLB (Hons). After completion of her undergraduate degree, she moved into the healthcare sector, where she gained valuable professional experience and developed strong communication and client-facing skills.
She later returned to Birmingham City University to complete a Masters in Legal Practice (LLM), achieving a Distinction. After completing her Master’s, Serish moved into Civil Litigation, working on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, personal injury cases and credit hire settlement related matters.
Serish joined Field Overell LLP as a Civil Litigation paralegal in August 2026.
