Cathy Richards, of Field Overell in Leamington, has been great during our (long) house buying process. She was friendly, pro-active, clear and communicated well throughout the whole process and took the initiative when needed, ably assisted at times by Sandra. I would definitely go back to her again and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting a conveyancer in the area.

Cathy, Shafi and the team did an excellent job of conveyancing for us. It was a complex 5 property chain but they were very responsive, had excellent communication with us throughout and were always on hand to answer any queries, particularly towards the end of the process. Thanks for all your help, we recommend Field Overell whole heartedly.

It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Kerri Gregory for her professionalism, diligence, commitment and personal support navigating a difficult environment for a father fighting for his children’s rights and best interests. I wouldn’t wish the process on anyone - but can only thank Kerri and Field Overell for ensuring that the outcome for my children was the protected guarantee that their rights to being jointly 50/50 raised by me within a court order for the past 7 years. Likewise, I thank her again for her support and successful work undertaken recently to further strengthen the children's position.

It was very tough at times - but very grateful to have had Kerri in my corner all the way through to a positive and a great outcome - first and foremost for the children and of course for me as their devoted dad.
