Residential conveyancing solicitor/licenced conveyancer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE or a licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years experience to join our busy Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with their own caseload and engage with all aspects of conveyancing work and deliver excellent client service throughout.

Wills & Probate solicitor

We have an opportunity for an experienced solicitor with partnership aspirations to join our thriving Wills & Probate Department in our Leamington Spa office.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and and the ability and drive to progress within a very well-established private Wills & Probate department. The role will involve managing a mixed and varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Trusts and Estates from instruction to completion and tax planning. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and client care skills and will work as part of an established team with an excellent client base and reputation.

We offer a competitive salary, which is negotiable and commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, permanent position which may lead to partnership for the right candidate who wishes to progress within a very well established Wills & Probate department.
