Our specialist personal injury team recover damages of £33,450

Our specialist personal injury team have recovered damages for our client G.A. in the sum of £33,450.00 in respect of an accident at work during the course of his employment as a Mixer in a large food manufacturing company. The client slipped on a wet surface covered in an oily substance and suffered lower back pain and right sided sciatica.

The Claimant was diagnosed as suffering a lumbosacral sprain and musculoligamentous symptoms leading to chronic lower back pain, together with showing pains of chronic pain disorder and a complex regional pain syndrome. Thankfully the Claimant was able to make a relatively good recovery and was delighted with the terms of settlement in his case.
